Khlo Kardashian Claps Back After Being Accused Of Wearing Fur, Says Critics Are Spreading ‘Vile Hate’ – Perez Hilton

Khloé Kardashian is defending herself on social media once again.

Internet detectives have discovered what they claim to be another blatant example of hypocrisy from KoKo and this time, they might actually have a point. How they got to it is slightly questionable, but let’s just dive right in.

The latest attack on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star came after she actually tried to do something good with her massive platform by calling attention to the devastating wildfires currently ravaging Australia.

The 35-year-old recently posted this heartfelt message (below) to her Instagram Story over a drawing of a firefighter hugging rescued animals:

“Almost 15 million hectares burnt, 1400 homes destroyed, and 500 million animals have been killed by brushfires in Australia. The world needs to wake up.”

Unlike her sister Kylie Jenner who seems to be incapable of reading the room, the reality TV starlet understands the massive global warning crisis the world is facing right now and felt the need to speak on it.

Well, it seems not everyone saw it quite that way…

One social media critic was quick to call Khloé out and claim her post reeked of hypocrisy since she appeared to sport a costume made with fur this past Halloween. Remember that Cruella DeVil-inspired ensemble?

The IG user asserted that one couldn’t possibly care so much about the environment while simultaneously being cruel to it too, right?

But True Thompson‘s momma didn’t take that dig lightly and clapped back with an explanation of her own with a since-deleted message in the comments section of this post (below):

“Oh my God, 500 million animals have died!” Which is what, a few less than for your fur coats and accessories, @khloekardashian? So sad when animals die during fire, much better when they’re anally and vaginally electrocuted and they’re skin is ripped off their bodies (sometimes even when their conscious!) for nothing other than your vanity! • If you feel for the koalas, watch @dominionmovement. • • • • • #vegan #govegan #australia #australiafires #koalas #khloekardashian #thekardashians #fur #animalkingdom #animalliberation #veganfortheanimals #dominionmovement #anonymousforthevoiceless #cubeoftruth #wewillrisetogether #veganforlife #veganfortheplanet #veganforthem #kimkardashian #australiabushfires

The disgruntled fan argued:

“Oh my God, 500 million animals have died!” Which is what, a few less than for your fur coats and accessories, @khloekardashian? So sad when animals die during fire, much better when they’re anally and vaginally electrocuted and they’re skin is ripped off their bodies (sometimes even when their conscious!) for nothing other than your vanity!”

The starlet vehemently denied her outfit was made at the expense of endangered animals and replied:

“I am wearing a Halloween costume. It’s not real fur. But keep spreading your vile hate instead of focusing on real issues. Why must people assume and attack others so quickly? You have some clear frustrations darling and they are completely misdirected. My advice to you would be, don’t attack people in general. But if you choose to waste your energy on attacking a complete stranger, then at least know all of your information prior. Happy 2020.”

Fierce and to the point! But wait, there’s one more thing…

The Good American creator tagged a company called Daniels Leather in her original post and this is where it gets dicey. The account has several pics of their celebrity clients on display including the likes of DJ Khaled, Mary J. Blige, and Nas just to name a few. They also hashtagged the words “sheep” and “fur” throughout their posts, suggesting the garments are made of premium authentic materials.

So, she got caught in a lie??

It sure looks so, doesn’t it, Perezcious readers? Like we mentioned earlier, it’s a bit weird to turn a good gesture into a catty social media spat — but if the shoe fits, then…?? Tell us what YOU think about this controversy in the comments section (below)!
